1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "User," "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any Service provided by leo77.

• "Funds," "Balance," "Account Balance" refers to the monetary value deposited into and held within your Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet," "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a gaming outcome, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other gambling activities offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus," "Promotion" refers to any promotional offer, incentive, free bet, or reward provided by leo77, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity, age, and residency.
• "Terms," "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use leo77 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP or equivalent government-issued ID).

leo77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires the following:

1. Provide accurate personal information including full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
2. Create a secure password meeting minimum security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters).
3. Accept these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming policies.
4. Complete email and phone number verification by entering verification codes sent to your registered contact details.
5. Submit KYC documentation (government-issued ID photo, proof of address dated within last 3 months) within 72 hours of Account creation.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the leo77 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, whether through matching personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all duplicate Accounts.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate Accounts.
• Forfeit any winnings, bonuses, or promotional funds obtained through duplicate Accounts.
• Retain only the original Account and transfer any legitimate deposited funds (minus bonuses and winnings) to the primary Account at our sole discretion.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of leo77 services is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites or platforms.
• Never share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to be leo77 staff.
• Immediately notify leo77 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.

Important: leo77 customer support will never ask for your password. Any request for your password should be reported immediately as a potential phishing or fraud attempt.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed. In the event of unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality, you remain liable for all resulting transactions.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach, you must immediately notify leo77 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary Account suspension while the investigation is ongoing. However, you remain liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs before you notify us.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

leo77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other approved digital payment services.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank processing times may occasionally cause delays of up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit rejection, Account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name and previously used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB).
• VIP tier members (Gold and above) receive priority processing, often completed in under 2 minutes.
• Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed on the next business day morning.
• First withdrawals and large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

leo77 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in accordance with international AML standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at our discretion. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must:

• Complete full KYC verification by providing valid Indonesian ID and proof of address.
• Wager deposited funds at least one (1) time (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility.
• Use the same payment method for withdrawals that was used for deposits, where possible.

We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in Account suspension and withdrawal denial.

4.5 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Withdrawal of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds is subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in each promotional offer's terms. Generally, bonus amounts must be wagered between 5x to 30x (depending on the specific promotion) before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

leo77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional offer description. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, though specific promotions may have different requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 30x). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 1,000 bet = Rp 1,000 wagering credit)
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution for odds 1.50 or higher; 50% contribution for odds below 1.50
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution depending on game

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

leo77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel related winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Coordinated betting patterns with other Users to guarantee profit (commonly known as "arbitrage betting" or "hedging").
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event).
• Claiming bonuses without intent to genuinely participate in gaming activities.

We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. Offending Accounts will be immediately closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and only original deposits (if any) refunded.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and other new-player promotions are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, per payment method. If multiple Accounts from the same household attempt to claim new-player bonuses, all Accounts will be flagged for review and bonuses will be forfeited.

5.5 Maximum Bet While Wagering Bonus

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum bet allowed per round while wagering bonus funds is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

leo77 reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Reasons for bet rejection may include but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or collusion.
• Technical errors in odds display or bet processing systems.
• Bets exceeding Account balance or available credit.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or after a significant outcome has occurred (for live betting).

All bets are considered accepted only when you receive confirmation via your Account interface. If a bet is not reflected in your Account's "Open Bets" or "Bet History," it has not been accepted and you should contact customer support immediately.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by the respective governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for World Cup, BRI Liga 1 for domestic football). Settlement rules:

• Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours, all bets are void unless a winning outcome has already been determined.
• Asian Handicap: All Asian handicap bets are settled based on the final score including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, unless otherwise specified.
• Live Betting Delays: Live betting odds are updated with a brief delay (typically 3-6 seconds). Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, penalty) may be rejected.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information section. Key principles:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Live dealer decisions are final and binding.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during a round, all bets placed in that round will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bets vary by game. You can view bet limits within each game interface.

6.4 Disconnections

If your internet connection is lost during a game round:

• Slots and RNG Games: The round will complete automatically according to the game's rules. Results will be visible in your game history when you reconnect.
• Live Dealer Games: If you have already placed a bet before disconnection, the bet will stand and be settled according to the actual game outcome. If no action was taken before disconnection, your hand/bet may be forfeited.
• Sports Betting: Disconnection does not affect already-placed bets. All confirmed bets remain valid and will be settled normally.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing information about hands in poker games or placing coordinated bets.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple Accounts, arbitrage betting, or other deceptive practices.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider. If you dispute a valid transaction, your Account will be permanently closed and you will be barred from future registration.
• Using Third-Party Tools: Employing bots, automated betting software, or any external program designed to interact with the Platform.
• Hacking or Exploits: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.

7.2 Money Laundering

leo77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with international AML/CFT standards and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Platform to transfer funds from one party to another.
• Making deposits with no intention to wager (attempting to use leo77 as a money transfer service).
• Engaging in structured deposits or withdrawals designed to avoid detection thresholds.

Suspicious activities will trigger mandatory reporting to Indonesian financial intelligence authorities, Account freezing, and full cooperation with law enforcement investigations.

7.3 Underage Gambling

Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, or using leo77 services. If we discover that a User is underage:

• The Account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• All bets will be voided.
• All winnings will be forfeited.
• Deposited funds may be forfeited or returned at our discretion, depending on the severity and circumstances.

8.2 Limited License

leo77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform.
• Download, scrape, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
• Use the Platform or any content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from leo77.

8.3 Trademarks

The leo77 name, logo, and all related trademarks are registered trademarks of the Company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

leo77 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Unscheduled technical issues, server failures, or network problems.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, wars, or internet infrastructure failures.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability or interruptions.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The leo77 Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on the Platform.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, leo77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Loss of winnings, funds, or profits.
• Technical errors, malfunctions, or data loss.
• Actions of third-party payment processors or banks.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or game providers. leo77 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must:

• Withdraw all available funds (subject to any outstanding wagering requirements).
• Complete all pending bets and game rounds.
• Forfeit any active bonuses or promotional offers.

Account closure is typically processed within 24 hours. Once closed, you will not be able to reactivate the Account or create a new Account without leo77's explicit permission.

10.2 Termination by leo77

leo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward leo77 staff.
• Self-exclusion request or responsible gaming concerns.

If your Account is terminated for cause, leo77 may forfeit all funds, bonuses, and winnings in your Account. If your Account is terminated without cause, we will return your deposited funds (minus any bonuses) within 30 days.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the Account balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. We will notify you via email before imposing dormancy fees.

11. Dispute Resolution
